I ordered this for my boyfriend who is a huge One Piece fan. Cartoonize included every detail I asked for. Had a poster printed with the file and my boyfriend loves it. Fantastic work and such attention to detail!

They loved their portrait so much, they woke their baby up laughing when they first saw it because it was so accurate! Each member of the family was portrayed perfectly from Dad's baby grip down to their dog's expression. Couldn't have asked for a better job done.
The photo turned out perfect!! Definitely would order from this site again. I want to mention that the first canvas print I ordered ended up getting lost in the mail (to no fault of the company), and they were super helpful with shipping me a replacement right before Christmas. Definitely 5 stars
The final portrait came out perfect! We had a lot of characters so I submitted multiple photos of everyone labeled so that it made it easier to add specific descriptions. I feel like I went pretty overboard describing for the initial draft, and felt like the first portrait received did not look like our family. I provided feedback twice more & the final revision came out perfect. The turnaround time from the artist themself is pretty quick, about two days once they receive the request. However the revision request does not go directly to the artist so it takes about 3 days for the revision request to be sent to the artist from whoever is managing the shared inbox. All in all, it took 17 days from order confirmation to final draft with two revisions in between, but we are extremely pleased with the result!
It was so easy to work with this company. They were very accommodating, friendly, and professional, and we love the final product! Right down to our dog’s squishy ball. Highly recommend!
