Our team of artists draws each caricature from scratch and it takes 2 - 5 days to deliver your order (via Google drive link in your e-mail).

If you also ordered canvas then it will take around 7 - 14 days to arrive.To ensure your portrait turns out just the way you want it, we kindly ask that you confirm the digital version before we proceed with creating the physical copy. It's a quick and easy step—just reply to the email we sent you with your completed digital version. This helps us ensure there are no missed revisions and that your final portrait meets your expectations perfectly!

You can have a free revision to make sure you are 100% happy with your portrait! Contact us at contact@cartoonizemeinto.com with your order ID.

Cartoonizemeinto.com unfortunately does not accept refunds as these are unique personalised products. If you are not happy with your order then you can have a free revision. Simply e-mail us with your order ID and specify the revision.

You can choose from backgrounds that we provide on each product.

Yes! Each furry friend is counted as a person so make sure you include them in the count or you will be charged.

The better quality the photo, the easier it will be for our artists to get a more accurate illustration. But don’t worry, we will reach out to you if we think we need a better photo to get the artwork done right.

No problem. We can make up any number of characters on single picture!

Absolutely not! You’ll never be charged for changes or edits.

We offer unlimited free revisions until you’re 100% happy with your portrait — no hidden fees, ever.

Yes we can ship anywhere in the world.

Number of characters from the order will apply. For example if you order 1 character and send us a picture of 5 we will randomly select 1 person from that picture and draw it if not specified.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover cards. You can also pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or AfterPay.

Since our product is hand-drawn from scratch by real artists, we’re unable to generate a preview of how the picture would look like before ordering. The good news is you can request to amend your drawing once its complete until you're 100% satisfied.

We accept pretty much anything your phone or camera saves — JPG, PNG, or HEIC are all great.

Just make sure your face is clear — we’ll handle the rest!
