Shipping & Delivery

This product includes a fully customized digital image. You will receive it via a Google Drive link in very high resolution so you can print it in the best possible quality.

Digital artwork delivery

Each order is handmade with care and processed immediately. Please allow 2–5 business days for us to create and deliver your digital portrait via email. It will be sent as a Google Drive download link.

Digital portrait approval (required before printing)

If your order includes a printed canvas, we will first send you the finished digital artwork for review. To ensure you are 100% happy with the final result, we only proceed with printing and shipping after you approve the digital proof. This prevents mistakes and guarantees that your canvas matches your expectations.

If no approval is received, the physical canvas print remains on hold until the customer responds.

Canvas shipping

Once the digital artwork is approved, your canvas is produced and typically arrives within 7 - 10 days. A tracking code is available upon request.

Order cancellations

Unfortunately, Cartoonize Me Into does not accept cancellations for change of mind. Because our portraits are fully customized artwork, digital illustrations are non-refundable once delivered. However, if you are not satisfied with the digital proof, we offer free revisions before printing to ensure everything is perfect.
